2. What this site is

This site is a portfolio. It shows graphic design, branding and art direction work and gives you a way to get in touch. Nothing is sold on the site and no contracts are made online. Any collaboration is agreed separately, through direct conversation, a quote and, where needed, a written contract or order.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

The work, images, texts, the Tois logo and the design of this site are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. Some projects were made for clients or together with partner agencies. The names, trademarks and logos of these clients belong to their owners and are shown only to present the work. Each project page says who owns the rights to the materials shown.

You may not copy, reproduce, change, share or use the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the site.

4. Links to other websites

The site links to outside services such as Behance and WhatsApp. We don't control these websites and aren't responsible for their content or policies. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Limitation of liability

The information on this site is for general information only. We do our best to keep it correct and up to date, but we can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the site or by not being able to use it.

7. Complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that can't be solved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
